With experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Trent’s expertise lies in delivering exceptional relationship-based services. Trent focuses on the business development and the growth of COAXIS along with oversight over daily operations.

Mike is a Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) & Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) operational executive with 22 years of experience in the design, build, and operations of LNG & CNG site facilities. He has served as the Project Manager on 8 satellite LNG facility design & build projects as well as multiple CNG station design & build projects throughout the upper Midwest. Mike is primarily responsible for project commissioning and management for COAXIS design, build & management projects.

With over 30 years of expertise across a number of diverse industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, and media Barb brings a wealth of financial and corporate management experience to COAXIS. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in financial analytics, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, auditing, and human resources and continues to utilize those skills as a part of the COAXIS leadership team.

For over 38 years Scott has been working in the downstream petroleum energy market serving various leadership and executive roles, including the current CEO of STERN, Inc. As an economic leader and champion for South Dakota he also held the role of Commissioner of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development for the State of South Dakota. As part of the leadership team at COAXIS, Scott focuses on business & economic development through developing partnerships with community and industry leaders.

With 40 years of financial executive experience with Black Hills Corporation, Cedar American Rail Holdings, & RENEW Energy, Gary’s background in utility and renewable energy financial modeling provide a unique perspective in both traditional and emerging energy markets. Gary provides financial expertise in the leadership group as well as support in the business development and utility relations.

An attorney by trade, Dennis has a diverse background and rich history of executive leadership both in the private and public sector. With 22 years of public service for the State of South Dakota he provides COAXIS with great insight into corporate governance and regulations with a focus on governmental relations.
